ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to join our outpatient rehab team in Pell City, Alabama. You will greet patients, assist clinicians, prepare treatment areas, and support home exercise programs under supervision.

This role provides hands-on training and exposure to physical therapy workflows in a collaborative setting. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are 18+, and bring healthcare or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma, 18+ years, healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: healthcare-related roles or certifications (PT aide/technician, MAs, hospital work, PT/ PTA students).

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient intake, registration, scheduling, and assist clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, verify benefits and complete medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up exercise equipment, assist therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and prescribed home programs.
