Responsibilities include greeting patients, aiding with intake and scheduling, preparing treatment areas, monitoring progress, and assisting patients with prescribed exercises and home programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient intake, registration, and scheduling processes.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
