Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and assist with home exercise programs.
