Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide in Baltimore, MD to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care. This full-time role (40 hours/week) supports therapists, assists with check-in, treatment setup, and patient education, including home exercise programs.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship while gaining exposure to physical therapy workflows in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School diploma.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet patients and assist clinicians professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and appointment times.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling support.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, and verify benefits.
• Support therapists by preparing treatment areas and equipment setup.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs under supervision.
