This entry-level role emphasizes patient communication, teamwork, and reliability. You’ll gain exposure to therapy modalities, documentation, and the clinic workflow, with mentorship and on-the-job training to help launch a healthcare

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up exercise equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs as directed.
