Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide in Dallas, TX to join a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent patient care. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy daily.

You will support clinicians by preparing treatment spaces, assisting with patient intake and scheduling, and helping patients perform prescribed exercises. Excellent communication and a patient-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in.
• Assist with efficient patient intake and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, complete forms.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
