Job summary

Orthopedic Physical Therapy Institutes is hiring a full-time PT aide to support therapists and manage patient flow across multiple Idaho locations including Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden and Rathdrum. The technician will help move patients, prepare rooms, assist with treatment, observe therapy and report concerns, while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma; CNA or medical experience preferred; able to lift up to 25 pounds; work Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• CNA or medical experience preferred.
• Efficient in standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and treatment rooms.
• Liaison between patients, therapists and schedulers.
• Assist patients to walk, sit, and stand.
• Observe patients performing prescribed therapy and report concerns.
• Apply ice packs or heat packs as instructed.
• Counsel patients and their families.
• Cleaning patient care areas and sanitizing equipment.
• Laundry duties and stocking supplies.
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling patients and taking payments.
