Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to support patients and clinicians. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist with administrative tasks, and help prepare therapy spaces in alignment with therapist instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are met.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks such as answering the phone, scanning documents, scheduling patients, and handling payments.
• Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment; daily equipment cleaning, laundry, and stocking.
