Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Aide for our Boise clinic in Idaho. The role focuses on exceptional patient service and administrative support to ensure smooth visits and accurate records.

You'll assist in therapy transitions, prepare equipment, manage scheduling and front office tasks, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient clinic environment in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Support clinic culture and patient care by addressing needs during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks when downtime occurs (phone, scanning, scheduling, payments).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
