• Extremely personable, attentive, dependable, comfortable talking to people, genuinely interested in helping patients, comfortable around exercise, willing to learn, able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with patients during therapist-directed exercise, coach technique within the PT's plan, prepare equipment, keep the clinic moving, greet and engage patients, help create a welcoming environment, clinic organization/cleaning.
