Out of the Box Physical Therapy in Cedar Knolls, NJ is hiring for a role where you will work closely with patients during therapist-directed exercises, ensure proper technique, and help keep the clinic organized and welcoming. This position offers hands-on learning with DPTs in a sports/orthopedic rehab setting.

Compensation Pay for Full Time: $40K+ per year (dependent on experience); 401k + 4% match, health/dental/vision, performance bonuses, unlimited continued education opportunities and training from experienced and highly credentialed CSCS/DPTs.

Part Time positions also available.

Preferred Background: Personal training, coaching, strength & conditioning, Exercise Science/Kinesiology, gym experience, athletics, customer service or hospitality, pre-physical therapy, physical therapy aide, sports rehabilitation, sports medicine, exercise coaching, patient care, customer service, fitness, healthcare, orthopedic rehabilitation and movement science.

Culture: Small sports-oriented private practice; team environment; patients should feel known and cared for rather than processed through a high-volume clinic.
