ATI Physical Therapy in Owings Mills, MD seeks a part-time Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on exceptional patient care. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to therapy practices while supporting clinicians and patients throughout visits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support the Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and supporting home exercise programs.
