STAR Physical Therapy in Nashville, TN is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, document outcomes, and supervise staff.

You will work autonomously in a collaborative clinic, participate in mentorship and education programs, and contribute to community outreach. A CAPTE-accredited degree and TN license are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current TN Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and staff
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and related staff
• Ensure supervised personnel carry out treatments as outlined in evaluations
• Contribute to program development and professional growth
• Assist in outreach community events
• Adhere to state practice act regulations and APTA code of ethics
• Must have TN-licensed PT in TN
