Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with non-clinical tasks in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, assisting with therapy sessions, handling routine treatments, and performing administrative office duties. A focus on patient comfort and accurate documentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Patient/Client Satisfaction: Providing care/service that exceeds expectations.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients.
• Complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens/towels and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restocks restrooms and common areas; replenishes supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Maintains clinic inventory and may order supplies.
