Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in both administrative and clinical duties. You will greet patients, support therapists, and ensure care compliance with state practice acts.

Essential duties include patient prep, assistance with treatments, equipment sanitation, and restocking supplies. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist during treatments.
• Safeguard and motivate patients during exercises and activities.
• Provide routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Wash linens, restock supplies and maintain restrooms.
• Assist with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Help track and order clinic supplies as needed.
