ATI Physical Therapy in Washington state is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and help patients recover. You will learn hands-on skills, participate in patient check-ins, and assist with exercises under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 18+ years old minimum.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake/registration and help clinicians schedule timely appointments.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Prepare/clean treatment areas and set up equipment to support therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
