North Lake Physical Therapy in Portland, OR is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed therapists and maintain an efficient therapy environment.

You will assist during treatment, transfer patients, prepare rooms, schedule appointments, manage records, and help educate patients while preserving HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Proficiency in patient transfer techniques and safety protocols.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy/physiology.
• Experience with electronic health records systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Physical stamina to assist patients and handle therapy equipment.

Responsibilities
