New grads are welcome. We offer a competitive compensation package of $85,000–$100,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, flexible scheduling, and ample opportunities for professional development and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Oregon State Physical Therapy license.
  • CPR certification.
  • APTA certification preferred.
  • Proven clinical experience in physical therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with insurance documentation and billing procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and adjust therapeutic exercise programs based on patient needs.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
