Physical Therapy Aide position at U.S. Physical Therapy in Canby, OR. North Lake Physical Therapy serves the Portland Metro area with a patient‑centered approach and experienced licensed therapists who develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists during treatment sessions and therapeutic exercises
• Safely transport and transfer patients to and from treatment areas
• Prepare, sanitize, and maintain treatment areas and equipment
• Schedule patient appointments and manage electronic health records
• Monitor and maintain therapy supply inventory
• Perform administrative tasks including answering phones and managing documentation
• Support therapists in patient education and exercise demonstration
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care delivery
