Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Therapy Aide to help keep the clinic safe and organized while supporting front desk operations and patient flow. You will assist with answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with patients and their families.

Great for students in exercise science or healthcare, with opportunities to grow through mentorship and equity partnerships as the organization expands with partners like HSS and ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and clinic cleanliness to ensure patient safety.

They ensure the equipment and clinic remain safe and clean for our patients, provide support to our front office team such as answering phones, collecting copays, checking in patients, and communicating with the patients and their family members.
