PRN Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to partner with patients in Vestal, NY, traveling between two sites 15–20 minutes apart. The role offers a flexible schedule with a productivity target of 85% and a pay rate based on experience.

Responsibilities include goal-driven care, evidence-based treatments, and collaboration with other health professionals to maximize mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
• Licensed in the state practicing by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Availability for per diem work with travel requirements.

We're looking for a Per diem Physical Therapist to act as the patient's partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. As a result, you will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation.

• travel between 2 sites in Vestal 15-20 min apart

RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
