PRN Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, an affiliate of The Weston Group, seeks a Physical Therapist to partner with patients on restoring motion and achieving personal best. You will maximize quality of life through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation in a client-focused, evidence-based framework.

We offer flexible scheduling with 1:1 care, autonomy, and opportunities across full time, part time, PRN, and per diem roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients' goals and needs.
• Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve motion and mobility.
• Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery.
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
• Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' needs.
• Provide quality, personalized, evidence-based care and interventions.
• Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally.
• Promote healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Consult and practice with other health professionals.
• Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress.
• Document patient care services.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Physical therapists must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.

LICENSURE OR REGISTRY REQUIREMENTS
