Job summary

A growing Home Health agency in O’ahu, HI, is seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Assistants for per diem roles. Responsibilities include providing in-home therapy visits, conducting evaluations, and maintaining communication with the care team. Candidates should possess a current Hawaii license and at least one year of clinical experience. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and allows professionals to choose their patients. Competitive pay rates of $80 per visit for PT and $55-$60 for PTA will be offered.
