Job summary

Hireology on O'ahu, HI is hiring licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem, in-home visits across island communities. We’re a Medicare-certified Home Health agency focused on fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license to practice PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• PTA: $55-60 per visit
