Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast on Oʻahu seeks licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home therapy, conduct evaluations, and support fall prevention.

This flexible, per diem role offers the chance to build patient relationships and participate in care planning while delivering high-quality home health services.

Qualifications

• Hawaii license as PT or PTA
• 1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred)
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Potential to Earn $100,000–$120,000/Year

Pay:

• PT: $80 per visit
• PTA: $55–$60 per visit

Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients
