Job summary

Hireology is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home therapy on O’ahu, HI, on a per diem basis. You’ll conduct visits, perform evaluations as needed, and document progress for a Medicare-certified home health agency.

Per visit pay is $80 (PT) or $55–$60 (PTA) with potential annual earnings of $100,000–$120,000. Flexible scheduling; reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Hawaii license as PT or PTA required.
• 1+ year of clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
