O'ahu-based home health agency is hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for per diem in-home visits on O'ahu, HI. Flexible scheduling and the potential to earn $100k–$120k annually.

Responsibilities include in-home visits, evaluations, reassessments, fall risk assessments, and documenting progress with the care team. Requirements include Hawaii license, 1+ year experience, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
