A Medicare-certified Home Health agency is seeking licensed Physical Therapists and Assistants on O'ahu to provide in-home therapy. Qualifications

Licensed as a Physical Therapist or Assistant in Hawaii.
At least one year of clinical experience, preferably in home health.
Strong documentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
Complete evaluations and fall risk assessments.
Document patient progress and communicate with the care team.

Job description

Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Per Diem

Pay:

PT: $80 per visit
PTA: $55-$60 per visit

Location: O’ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your patients
