Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our Fredericksburg, VA clinic. You will treat a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions, working with a diverse team to help patients reach their health goals.

Requirements include a DPT and Virginia license; outpatient/orthopedic experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay, productivity bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license is required.
• Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, neurological, or sports therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions.
• Provide evidence-based orthopedic and sports therapy services.
• Support sports performance enhancement and injury prevention programs.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans to support recovery and long-term wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, wellness strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and practice standards.

Within our office we treat a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions and the incoming Physical Therapist will work alongside our diverse team to help our patients with their health and wellness goals.
