Job summary

Green Oaks Physical Therapy is seeking Physical Therapists to provide evidence-based care for orthopedic and sports medicine patients across our clinics. You’ll work with an experienced team in a supportive environment that prioritizes mentorship and professional growth.

We offer a structured 12-month mentorship for new grads, generous CE allowances, and opportunities for leadership as we promote from within. Enjoy a favorable schedule with no weekends and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating).
• New graduates are encouraged to apply—our mentorship program is designed to help you confidently transition into clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on care and therapeutic exercise programs that restore function and improve quality of life.

• Base salary: $78,000-$95,000, based on experience
