Job summary

Green Oaks Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our collaborative, mentorship-driven team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports medicine patients, develop personalized plans, and promote injury prevention and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote timely recovery and long-term wellness.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and healthy movement strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on excellent patient outcomes.
