Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of PT services at our Evansville, Indiana location. You will assess, plan and implement therapeutic interventions with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Must hold a PT degree from an accredited program and state licensure; CPR certification preferred. 0–1 year of experience encouraged; weekly pay and comprehensive benefits start after your first month, plus a 401(k) match and student loan assistance.

Qualifications

• The PT provides assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Education required: degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure/certification: active PT licensure in state or certification; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans and outcomes per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
