Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Licenses and Certifications: Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification; CPR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, plans and outcomes in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
