Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide comprehensive physical therapy services in Evansville, IN. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

Must hold and maintain a current PT license in Indiana and have CPR certification (preferred). Experience ranges from 0–1 years, with benefits starting after the first month and weekly pay. We support professional growth and a strong team environment.

Qualificações

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehab needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
