Synchrony Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services in Evansville, IN. You will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs within a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting.

Must hold a Physical Therapy degree with active licensure; 0–1 year experience accepted. CPR preferred. Benefits include weekly pay, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, student loan repayment, and more.

Formación

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• New graduates considered (0–1 year experience).
• Current valid state PT licensure or certification; CPR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients to determine rehabilitation needs and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
