Synchrony is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

Location: Muskegon, MI. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team. CPR certification preferred; must hold a valid PT license.

Formación

• Must have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years experience in physical therapy.
• Current valid PT licensure or certification; CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises and modalities to improve function.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
