Job summary

Synchrony in Muskegon, MI seeks a Physical Therapist to provide a full range of PT services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions in an interdisciplinary setting. The role requires state licensure and CPR certification (preferred), with 0–1 year of experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, valid physical therapy license in the state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0–1 years of experience in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
