Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Muskegon, MI to provide comprehensive PT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You’ll assess, plan, and implement therapies aimed at improving patients’ function and independence.

Responsibilities include developing individualized plans, educating patients and families, and maintaining thorough documentation. A state PT license and CPR certification are required or preferred, with 0–1 year of experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• State PT licensure required; CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• 0-1 years experience as PT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans per facility policies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
