Job summary

Synchrony in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive PT services in an interdisciplinary setting, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• Must have a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must hold a current, valid state PT license.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes in accordance with policies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
