Results Physiotherapy in Sparta, TN is hiring a Physical Therapist for our Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) program. You control your caseload and earnings, with flexible evenings and weekends, and support from Upstream Rehabilitation’s national network.

Qualifications:

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
