Results (Ascension - Saint Thomas) seeks licensed Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedics in Franklin, TN. The ViBE model lets you control your caseload, schedule, and income while delivering high-quality care to the community.

You gain autonomy with flexible evenings/weekends, supported by streamlined documentation, onboarding, and a strong team within the Upstream Rehabilitation ecosystem. License in Tennessee or eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Active or pending Physical Therapist license in Tennessee.
• Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality PT evaluations and follow-up visits as per caseload.
• Manage caseload with autonomy while maintaining care quality and coding accuracy.
• Document and schedule efficiently using provided systems.

Schedule Options:

Qualifications:

• Active / pending Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible)
• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent
