Salary Range: $85,000.00-$99,000.00/year (Commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
• Complete and maintain all required training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, and document treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Maintain respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and payors.
• Participate in facility meetings as directed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited physical therapy program
• Valid State Physical Therapy License
• CPR certification
