Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist in Enid, Oklahoma. The role includes performing initial evaluations, creating a plan of care, and completing visits while supervising PTA support, all within a dynamic travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT licensure in Oklahoma

• Home health experience including HCHB
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Desired territory includes Garfield, Grant, Alfalfa, Woods, Kingfisher, and Blaine counties
• Key duties include performing initial therapy evaluations, developing plan of care, completing subsequent visits as needed, and supervising PTA
