Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist in Enid, Oklahoma. The role includes performing initial evaluations, creating a plan of care, and completing visits while supervising PTA support, all within a dynamic travel assignment.

The position offers weekly pay, full benefits, housing assistance, and relocation support, with territory coverage across Garfield, Grant, Alfalfa, Woods, Kingfisher, and Blaine counties.

Formación

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• PT licensure in Oklahoma

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial therapy evaluations
• Develop plan of care
• Complete subsequent visits as needed
• Supervise PTA
