Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assisting patients recovering from injuries or illness to move, feel better, and stay active.

The assignment is 13 weeks long, with a 40-hour workweek, shift pattern 8 hours per day, days, and a requirement of at least 2 weekend days per month. Travel benefits and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State License required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in an acute care setting.
• Experience in a Level 2 trauma center.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, oncological, and general medical conditions.
• Experience using Cerner electronic medical record.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in an acute care setting.
• Experience working in a Level 2 trauma center.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, oncological, and general medical conditions.
• Experience using Cerner electronic medical record.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Shift days: Monday through Friday.
• Minimum of 2 weekend days per month required.
• Expected to work on all units within the hospital.
