Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners seeks a traveling Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. You will join a dynamic team, provide evidence-based therapy, and adapt to short- and long-term care settings across assigned sites.

The role requires a PT degree, active license, and SNF experience, with a typical full-time schedule and start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience with NetHealth/PCC
• Full-time schedule Monday through Friday
• Start time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Setting includes short-term and long-term care rehab

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with care teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Travel to different locations and facilities as assigned.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
