Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for assignments in Bucyrus, OH. You’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while exploring a new location.

Responsibilities include PT services in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with days shifts and potential weekend hours. Active license and BLS may be required; we offer comprehensive benefits and relocation support to travelers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift: Days

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services to patients in travel assignments, including assessments and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with facility staff and coordinate care across locations as assigned.
