Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers direct patient care per the prescribing physician.
• Uses evaluation techniques with efficiency and thoroughness.
• Designs a treatment program to meet goals.
• Monitors patient tolerance and modifies treatment as needed.
• Responds to department emergency procedures for patient safety.
• Submits documentation per department policies.
• Participates in quality improvement chart reviews.
• Attends family meetings with inter-disciplinary staff.
• Performs related duties; all essential under ADA.
