Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to improve mobility and daily living skills.
• Administer skilled care per physician orders and plan of care under supervision of Branch Director.
• Work with specialty programs such as Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip/Knee Replacement, Total Shoulder Replacement.
• Educate patients and families and collaborate with health care team.
