Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in the Waldorf, MD area.

The role requires working Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with accountability for aligning with the organization's vision and goals. Requirements include graduation from an accredited program, current state PT licensure or in progress, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

A great Outpatient Clinic is looking for an experienced or newly graduated, hard-working Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

This is a contract assignment.

Shift: Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM

This role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.

Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
